Dragan Ivanov Bubalo
Dragan Ivanov Bubalo has been a pilot for 44 years. While spending time with his father—the primary Cessna dealer for the country of Croatia (former Yugoslavia)—he developed a passion for aviation and started his own flying journey in 1979.
He has 30+ years of teaching experience across age levels and over 21 years of experience as a teacher and Music Director at a renowned private school and church on Long Island.
In 2016, Dragan revived his love for aviation, becoming a CFII in 2018. Dragan has owned and operated several aircraft, including Diamond DA-40, Grumman Tiger, Piper Archer PA-28, Cessna C150 and Cessna P210N Centurion. Dragan has 2500+ hours of flight experience and 900+ hours as a CFI in a variety of aircraft.
Tina Tockarshewsky
Tina Tockarshewsky is an entrepreneurial leader with over thirty years of experience navigating teams and projects through changing business environments, including:
10 years as president and CEO of a national non-profit healthcare organization;
2 years as global bank marketing director for a Fortune 500 global consultancy;
12 years developing and executing professional development programs/trade shows for a major trade association; and,
6 years running an independent consulting company specializing in patient engagement strategies, business development, and venture philanthropy.
An avid traveler, Tina quickly discovered the unique joys and flexibility a private pilot’s license could bring her family…road trips were never the same after taking everyone up and away! And as an enthusiastic Mount Holyoke College alumna, getting involved with the aviation industry quickly highlighted for her the lack of women across all facets of the field…she would like to play a part in exposing more people to the career opportunities in aviation and in encouraging more diversity by inspiring young people to recognize the great futures awaiting them in aviation.
