Time Building

Our Cessna C150F is the perfect airplane for those needing to get hours via time building! We offer block discounts at competitive rates to help pilots accrue the hours needed to get to the next certification level. The time building program is meant for building hours on cross-country flights and not for training. Your insurance will not cover any damages resulting from flights with another instructor or maneuver training if you book this package.

Requirements:

2-hour check-out flight with one of our instructors.
Provide certificate for $25,000 hull value Renter’s Insurance.

Rates:

$85/hr dry for 25 hours/7-10 days to complete
$75/hr dry for 50 hours/14-20 days to complete

All aircraft have weight restrictions—before every flight a weight and balance is completed to determine the capacity for the flight.
